**Fort Saskatchewan Minor Football players, in the past, have been generously supported by Kidsport and Jumpstart ** subject to program qualifications. Please see 'Links ' from the Home Screen to review/inquire with the programs directly. In order to cancel registration/withdraw from the registered program an email MUST be sent to registrar.fsmfa@gmail.com and include the Parent and Child's full name and Level of Enrollment.
A $75.00 Non-Refundable Administration Cost will be deducted from all completed registrations.
(1) Cancellation within five (5) days of first practice attended (inclusive of Spring Camp Practices) will receive full refund (of amount paid) less $75.00 administration fee of the FSMFA registration fees only. Football Alberta Insurance Fee and CDMFA Membership and League Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
(2) Cancellation prior August 1 will receive 50% refund less $75.00 administration fee of the FSMFA registration fees only. Football Alberta Insurance Fee and CDMFA Membership and League Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
(3) Cancellation after August 1 - No Refunds {except under term (1)}
No withdraw from the program will be considered 'FINAL' until all equipment is returned to FSMFA
